- Help define and serve as the Software Platform champion for our program management standards, tools, processes and mechanisms
- Track and communicate program progress, defining efficient processes for broader status updates and proactively managing issues and obstacles. Clearly communicate across all stakeholders, ensuring the dependencies and blockers made clear, and tracked and acted on consistently
- Stand up and maintain SWP-wide KPIs that give leadership real signal on progress, health, and bottlenecks
- Understand technical implementation at the architectural level, propose alternatives when necessary. Corral key performance indicators from across the business to help shape future organizational investments
