What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with business goals and engineering excellence. The engineer applies data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality software products.

What you'll do:
  • Demonstrate expertise in software engineering best practices and contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to design and build scalable products.
  • Deliver high-quality technical designs and production-ready code in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Implement unit tests, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Maintain production stability and monitoring, ensuring high system availability.
  • Troubleshoot production and business issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Apply an AI-first development approach, leveraging AI tools and agents to accelerate development and automation.
  • Utilize agentic AI platforms for workflow automation and enterprise integrations.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
