The engineer applies data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality software products.
What you'll do:- Demonstrate expertise in software engineering best practices and contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to design and build scalable products.
- Deliver high-quality technical designs and production-ready code in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Implement unit tests, code reviews, and documentation.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments.
- Maintain production stability and monitoring, ensuring high system availability.
- Troubleshoot production and business issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Apply an AI-first development approach, leveraging AI tools and agents to accelerate development and automation.
- Utilize agentic AI platforms for workflow automation and enterprise integrations.
What you'll bring: - Strong experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Employ performance, A/B tests, web vitals, front end optimization regularly
- Proficiency in software design patterns and software prototyping to deliver secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to apply data-driven decision making to define success metrics and optimize engineering processes.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions to promote technical excellence and sustainability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to wide-range of stakeholders.
- Experience with production system monitoring and operations

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
