Full Job Description

Ready to scale the future of identity security? As our Staff Product Operations Manager, you'll step into a high-octane role right at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cutting-edge AI automation. We are looking for a builder to engineer the operational systems and AI-native workflows that empower Saviynt's product teams to move faster, execute smarter, and ship world-class solutions at scale.

If you are a master of cross-functional alignment and thrive on turning operational complexity into smooth, high-velocity execution, apply today and help us shape the next era of enterprise innovation!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Product Roadmap Presentation: Lead the development and delivery of roadmap presentations that clearly connect data-driven insights to strategic decisions. Build and maintain AI-native workflows using Claude Code to automate roadmap assembly, surface insights from product data, and accelerate the preparation of executive-ready materials. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and analytics meaningfully shape product direction and outcomes.
  • Strategic Program & Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, providing program management for major product initiatives. Serve as the primary interlock with Marketing and Support to ensure coordinated planning, shared visibility, and aligned execution. Partner with workstream owners to maintain alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively address blockers or escalations.
  • Customer and Field Feedback: Own the end-to-end process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer and field feedback. Leverage Claude Code and AI workflows to continuously monitor feedback channels, auto-categorize inputs, identify emerging themes, and deliver structured summaries that keep the voice of the customer consistently represented in product planning and prioritization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise software environment
  • Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias toward follow-through
  • Demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously, setting clear expectations, maintaining momentum, and delivering on time
  • Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows; proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools to automate operational processes and extract insight from large data sets
  • Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Slack) with the ability to rapidly adopt new platforms as needs evolve
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset, skilled at diagnosing inefficiencies, designing scalable systems, and operationalizing repeatable workflows
  • Deep empathy for global teams and customers, with a consistent track record of translating real-world business needs into actionable product inputs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex, nuanced topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership
  • Highly self-directed with strong judgment, comfortable operating autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments, solutions-oriented, resilient under pressure, and energized by the challenge of bringing order to complexity
  • Entrepreneurial by nature, passionate about continuous improvement, building from zero to one, and leaving every system better than you found it
