Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to join Epsilon's Supply Product Management team, responsible for building and evolving the supply platform that powers our clients' programmatic advertising needs. This individual contributor role spans three key areas: assessing and vetting new supply channels and formats to meet revenue goals, defining how AI and agentic workflows can improve supply path performance, and working with cross-function teams on capacity management support our growing global inventory demands. Reporting to the VP of Supply Product Management, the ideal candidate brings deep programmatic expertise, proven product execution skills, and the technical depth to evaluate emerging supply technologies and translate them into well-defined, deliverable product requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Help define Epsilon's approach to integrating AI and agentic workflows in the supply domain - evaluating emerging agentic protocols and identifying where supply-side agents can interact with buyer agents to improve inventory decisioning
  • Explore and evaluate supply feasibility for new channels and formats - DOOH, high impact, and retail media - identifying what is required technically to make new supply trustworthy and activatable across Epsilon's DSP partners
  • Support capacity management and analysis across Epsilon's global footprint - optimizing qps regionally and globally while balancing spend opportunities
  • Contribute to supply roadmap with business cases, market research and data analysis
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Media, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Analytics across Publicis Groupe throughout the product lifecycle - from design and feature delivery through launch and post-launch iteration
  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, producing requirements, roadmap updates, and executive summaries that keep teams aligned and decisions moving

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in driving product features from concept to launch
  • Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional teams to deliver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear user stories, requirements documents, and stakeholder-ready updates across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency querying and analyzing data (SQL or equivalent) to evaluate product performance, build business cases, and drive prioritization decisions

Preferred
  • Experience with agency media planning or activation a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of SSP, publisher integrations and IAB ORTB specs
  • Experience with supply channels (CTV, DOOH, audio, retail media) and their technical or commercial onboarding requirements
  • Experience with programmatic agentic protocols (i.e. A2A, MCP, ARTF, AdCP)

Compensation Range: USD $89,300.00 - USD $180,300.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
