Position Summary...

What you'll do...
As a Staff Product Manager - eCommerce Fulfillment Post Transactions and Communications, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless post-purchase experiences that keep Walmart customers informed, confident, and in control after they place an order. You will make an impact across the global eCommerce fulfillment experience across Walmart and Sam's Club in the U.S. and international markets. Walmart's Fulfillment Customer Experience team is responsible for the fulfillment experiences of millions of customers - ensuring they get whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want, with a perfect order every time.

You'll define how customers access and understand order details, track order status across fulfillment journeys, receive timely transaction communications, and act when plans change across digital and physical touchpoints-including shipping, pickup, and delivery. Your work will ensure every post-transaction interaction is transparent, proactive, reliable, and easy to use from order placement through fulfillment and beyond.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, stores, fulfillment centers, customer support, and business stakeholders to define capabilities that perfect order, optimize fulfillment outcomes, and create transparent customer experiences. We are also looking for product leaders who have experience leveraging modern AI tools and building AI-native applications and experiences, AI-assisted decisioning to create intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric products in the new ways of building for our customers. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, clarity in complex problem spaces, and the ability to influence outcomes across a large, matrixed organization.

About Team:
Our team gathers information about customer needs and applies our technological expertise and strategic thinking to create a product roadmap. The product journey is designed to leverage technological excellence to drive customer satisfaction. Walmart's philosophy of Everyday Low Prices is not an easy one to achieve. Being cost-effective is critical because it allows us to optimize all processes and verticals while striving for excellence. Our team is a big part of making this possible.

You'll make an impact by
  • Improve customer confidence post-purchase by delivering clear, accurate, and real-time visibility into order details, status, and fulfillment progress across all touchpoints (order details page, tracking timelines, notifications, and purchase history).
  • Reduce customer support contacts (CPO) by proactively communicating order updates, delays, substitutions, and exceptions through timely, relevant, and consolidated transaction communications.
  • Increase "Perfect Order" outcomes by ensuring customers receive the right information at the right time-improving transparency around ETA, fulfillment status, and order changes.
  • Enable seamless self-service and next best actions (e.g., track, modify, cancel, or resolve issues) directly within order details and tracking experiences-reducing friction and improving journey efficiency.
  • Unify the post-transaction experience across channels by creating a consistent source of truth for order status, delivery promises, and transaction history across app, web, and notifications.
  • Drive measurable efficiency at scale through AI-driven predictions (ETA, delays), intelligent comms orchestration, and reduced comms overload-balancing proactive updates with signal over noise

You'll sweep us off our feet if
  • You are deeply customer-centric, with strong empathy for diverse customer needs across digital and in-store experiences.
  • You bring strong analytical rigor, using data to inform strategy, measure impact, and continuously optimize experiences.
  • You think in platforms and ecosystems, connecting services into cohesive, scalable customer journeys.
  • You're comfortable influencing across teams and senior stakeholders in a large, complex organization.
  • You bring a test-and-learn mindset and thrive in agile, fast-moving environments.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling large-scale consumer or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end experiences across digital and physical channels (eCommerce, mobile, stores/clubs, shipping, pickup, delivery).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy, define metrics, and drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business and technical judgment, with the ability to partner with engineering and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
