Description/ResponsibilitiesOur Staff Product Designer operates across teams, products, and strategic initiatives to create alignment, consistency, and scale. In this role you will serve as a senior design leader and strategic partner who drives organizational impact through influence rather than formal people management.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Design Leadership
- Lead large-scale initiatives spanning multiple products, customer journeys, or business domains.
- Drive alignment across teams around customer experience strategy and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for experience improvements across the product ecosystem.
- Establish best practices that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality.
Design Systems & Governance
- Lead the evolution and governance of design systems and standards.
- Define reusable frameworks, interaction patterns, and scalable solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Organizational Influence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to product and business leadership.
- Mentor senior designers and elevate overall design maturity.
- Facilitate decision-making across teams and functions.
- Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and customer-centered thinking throughout the organization.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams or domains.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and organizational impact.
- Expertise in design systems, service design, and scalable experience frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and organizational decisions.
The salary range for this opportunity is $114,800 to $160,700. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
