Location: Ponce

The Staff Pharmacist for the Alivia Infusion Services will be the designated alternate leader responsible for the overall operation and services of the organization when the Pharmacy Director is not available. This position also supports the Pharmacy Director in communicating company goals and delineating plans to achieve them.

Responsabilities:
  • Understanding, prioritizing, and distributing daily workload of Alivia Health Infusion Team.
  • Managing pharmacy's daily operations andemployee'ssupervision.
  • Conducting regular performanceevaluations,developmental curriculums in supporttothe Pharmacy Director. In alignment to this role,willassess training needs,recommendstraining programs, andprovidesorientation to employees.
  • Will listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Alwayskeepsa safe work environment.

  • Ensurescompliance with accrediting agency standards, PR Pharmacy LawStandardsand other applicable regulations.

Required:

  • Professional license, membership, registration, and diplomas.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years as an auth Pharmacist authorized to work in PR.
  • Knowledge of PBM clinical operations.
