Staff Pharmacist who brings clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care. In this role, you'll help ensure safe and effective medication therapy, collaborate with providers and care teams, support pharmacy operations, and help lead a team committed to serving our patients.

What You'll Do- Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant medication dispensing and pharmacy operations.
- Counsel patients and caregivers and support positive medication outcomes.
- Collaborate with providers and care teams on prescriptions, alternative therapies, and prior authorizations.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and 340B requirements.
- Maintain effective medication inventory, procurement, and security processes.
- Provide clinical guidance and day-to-day leadership to pharmacy staff.
- Coach and develop team members while promoting quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Help create a safe, welcoming pharmacy experience for every patient.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required (Pharm.D. preferred,)
- Ohio Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License
- Board Certification in Pharmaceutical Care preferred;
- Immunization Training required
- Experience: 3 years' experience as a Pharmacist;
- Certificate/License: Current state license(s) and controlled substance license to practice pharmacy in the State of Ohio. Ability to maintain complaint credentialing status
