The
Staff Pharmacist appropriately dispenses prescribed drugs, handles incoming physician calls, logs data into the computer, performs Rx workflow processing, and conducts drug utilization reviews.

- Maintain the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and services
- Assist with managing pharmacy operations and supervising Pharmacy Technicians and Clerks
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential incompatibility issues with patient prescriptions
- Communicate by phone and email to build and sustain relationships with covered entity partners
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the practice of pharmacy
- Keep abreast of changing laws, regulations, and new pharmacy-related programs
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Maintain a high level of professionalism consistent with company standards, including dress, personal appearance, and grooming
- Perform other related duties as assigned

About You:- Bachelor's or Doctoral (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the State of FL
- 1+ year of full-time retail pharmacist experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, customer-service, and communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with high degree of initiative and strong follow-up skills
- 340B experience and/or AAHIVP certification a plus
