Serve as the organization's primary training and education support, as well as the Flex Team clinical Lead
Responsible for driving organizational excellence by leading the EduCare platform, standardizing orientation/training programs, and traveling to communities to provide hand-on clinical training, quality assurance auditing, and supplemental training support
Key Accountabilities include: Organizational Training and EduCare Leadership. Community Clinical Support and "Flex" Staffing, and Staff Development and Performance
What You'll Need:
