Staff Business Process Analyst to help transform how work is executed across Product, Business & Technology.
This role tackles complex, cross-functional operational problems by identifying root causes, simplifying processes, and designing scalable ways of working. You will lead transformation from
discovery and process design through implementation, adoption, and measurement, using automation, AI, workflow technologies, and existing platforms where they create meaningful value.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can turn ambiguity into practical solutions, influence across organizations, and improve how work gets done at scale.
What You'll DoSimplify & Transform- Analyze complex business processes to identify root causes, friction, unnecessary work, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state processes and operating models that simplify work, clarify accountability, and scale across teams.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, decision points, and implementation plans.
- Establish repeatable standards and mechanisms that sustain improvements over time.
Automate & Scale- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through workflow automation, system integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate solutions across people, process, data, governance, and technology rather than defaulting to new tools.
- Improve how existing delivery and workflow platforms are used, integrated, and standardized.
- Apply emerging Generative and Agentic AI capabilities to practical business and operational problems.
Drive Adoption & Measurable Improvement- Partner with teams and leaders to implement new processes and ways of working, influencing through partnership rather than authority.
- Establish meaningful success measures and demonstrate improvements in areas such as efficiency, quality, cycle time, visibility, and stakeholder experience.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve and scale successful solutions across the organization.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of experience in business process analysis, business transformation, operational excellence, program management, management consulting, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional process transformation from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Strong expertise in process analysis, root-cause analysis, requirements discovery, future-state design, and continuous improvement.
- Systems thinking with the ability to connect people, process, data, governance, and technology.
- Experience using workflow automation and technology to simplify operations and improve business outcomes.
- Ability to establish measurable outcomes and demonstrate the value of process improvements.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
Nice to Have- Experience with process improvement approaches such as BPMN, SIPOC, value-stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or similar methodologies.
- Experience with workflow, portfolio, or delivery platforms such as Jira, OnePlan, ServiceNow, Wrike, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
- Experience applying Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation to business processes.
- Experience designing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise process capabilities within large technology organizations.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
