Staff Analyst (Staff Analyst-General)
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze and summarize data including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs to support decision-making.
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Provide continuous assessment of meeting and review structures to improve effectiveness.
- Develop executive-level briefings and lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and events.
- Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance tracking.
- Utilize best practices in email correspondence, meeting notices, formatting, and document management to enhance communication and efficiency
- Support safety and quality initiatives.
- Foster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.
- Assist leaders and teams in completing action items by setting reminders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear instructions
- Organize and maintain SharePoint and shared server content
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work 2nd shift onsite at one of the listed location options.Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
