Staff Analyst

The Everett Delivery Center (EDC) is seeking a highly motivated Staff Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the Lean BPS team supporting Delivery Center Manufacturing and Quality Initiatives in Everett, WA. This position plays a critical role in facilitating Lean processes, managing project cadence, and supporting cross-functional manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will lead the development, planning, and execution of organizational initiatives, while partnering with leadership on long-range strategies and objectives. This role ensures process adherence, maintains key project communication hubs such as Oobeya, and manages completion of action items with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other leaders to manage agenda topics, suggest priorities for aging items, and facilitate effective communication across teams.

  • Maintain and update the Oobeya (visual project management space) including data calls and chart updates with team members.

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to established processes across manufacturing and quality functions.

  • Support cross-functional project management to elevate initiatives and ensure alignment of priorities.

  • Manage the cadence of Superintendent and Oobeya meetings: schedule meetings, issue notices, facilitate sessions, take detailed notes and action items, and post meeting summaries.

  • Facilitate the morning tier 3 meeting with leadership.

  • Organizational Strategy and Execution

  • Partner with EDC Superintendents to align on long-range strategies, goals, and initiatives.

  • Review and evaluate strategic issues and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Provide continuous assessment of overall meeting and review architectures to enhance communication and decision-making.

  • Analyze and summarize organizational data (budget, workforce, training, equipment, facilities) to support strategic direction.

  • Develop executive-level briefings and communications.

  • Lead logistics and facilitation of large meetings and events.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy organization-wide training and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years of experience as a Staff Analyst or in Project Management or a related field.

  • Experience working in an Airplane Delivery Center or a comparable aerospace manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience as a Staff Analyst or in Project Management or a related field.

  • Experience with schedule and budget management, logistics integration, and customer communication.

  • Strong understanding of program execution to meet cost, schedule, and baseline objectives.

  • Solid experience supporting Lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement teams preferred.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3: $83,300.00 - $92,120.00

Level 4: $104,550.00 – $115,620.00
