Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Supplier Quality Assurance Engineering practices a variety of complex and diverse functions directly or indirectly. Develop and manage Supplier Surveillance Plans. Review supplier submittals, Statement of Work (SOW), purchase requisitions, and Design Specifications. Coordinate with NNSA and a multitude of suppliers to conduct oversight visits through various phases of production activity.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least ten years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE)
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
• Working knowledge of ASME NQA-1 Quality Assurance for Nuclear Facility Application
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
