Position Description: The Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) is a major Department of Defense enterprise application supporting accountable property and logistics operations across all Defense Services and more than 50 Defense Agencies. ELMS manages over 80 million assets valued at more than $141 billion, serving as the Department's Accountable Property System of Record.
The system provides enterprise capabilities for:

. Retail warehouse operations
. Internal use software
. Financial reporting
The Sr. Web Developer provides advanced web engineering, architecture, and development support across the ELMS enterprise environment. This role designs and develops complex, high end web applications, modernizes legacy interfaces, supports enterprise integrations, and contributes to ELMS's mission critical logistics and accountable property capabilities. The Sr. Web Developer collaborates with stakeholders, developers, testers, and system owners to implement secure, scalable, and modern web solutions.
This position is located in Harrisburg, PA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Design and develop high end client/server based applications supporting ELMS functional and mission needs.
. Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web pages and web based system components.
. Port legacy applications and interfaces into modern, secure web environments.
. Interface directly with clients to determine system requirements, gather functional needs, and translate them into scalable web solutions.
. Support troubleshooting, modernization, and ongoing enhancement activities for ELMS web components.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Master of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
. Five (5) years of experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development, and hands on software/web development.
. Experience with FrontPage, DreamWeaver, or related web development applications.
. Strong customer relation skills and ability to interface directly with clients.
. Experience utilizing HTML, XML, PERL, and/or Apache.
. Based on the nature of the work, US citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Demonstrated ability to lead web modernization initiatives and port legacy systems successfully to updated frameworks.
. Strong understanding of enterprise scale DoD systems, security constraints, and accessibility standards.
. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
. Experience supporting cross functional teams, including database developers, testers, cybersecurity personnel, and system administrators.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $176,300.00.
