Full Job Description
Salary: 150k + bonus

My client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Marketing VP to lead our Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and oversee our Life & Health verticals. This executive will report directly to the CFO/COO and will play a key role in shaping and executing our long-term growth strategy, building scalable field operations, and managing high-level relationships with national insurance carriers.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the clients Life & Health segment - responsibilities include full P&L accountability and leading all strategic growth initiatives across Florida, Texas, and other key markets.

This is a senior leadership position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution across carrier partnerships, agent channel development, sales performance, and marketing alignment. The role won't initially oversee a team, but the goal is to grow and structure the organization as business needs evolve.
