Position Summary

Provide executive leadership for technical services contracts, equipment procurement & installation operations across multiple markets to deliver comprehensive facility solutions for new and existing clients. Drive strategic growth through portfolio expansion, vendor partnerships, and operational excellence while establishing market leadership in technical services delivery and equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for technical services contracts and equipment solutions across regional markets. Establish strategic vendor alliances and equipment manufacturer partnerships to create competitive advantages and expand service capabilities. Lead enterprise-level client engagement to identify technical services opportunities and drive portfolio growth.

Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth

Oversee multi-market equipment resale operations including vendor sourcing, pricing strategy, procurement coordination, and installation management across diverse client portfolios. Establish standardized processes and performance metrics to ensure consistent service delivery and profitability optimization. Drive new market expansion and service line development to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Executive Team Leadership

Lead regional technical services organization including multiple senior managers, technical specialists, project directors, and installation teams across geographic markets. Provide strategic direction, executive coaching, and succession planning for key leadership positions. Foster collaborative partnerships with property management executives, engineering leadership, and external contractor networks to optimize enterprise-wide service delivery.

Financial Strategy & P&L Management

Develop multi-year strategic financial plans and annual operating budgets for technical services division across all markets. Monitor portfolio profitability, equipment margins, installation efficiency, and market penetration metrics to drive financial performance exceeding industry benchmarks. Present quarterly business reviews and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance

Establish enterprise-wide quality control frameworks and safety protocols for all technical services and installation operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and JLL corporate governance across all markets. Develop comprehensive risk management strategies including insurance protocols, licensing requirements, and vendor qualification standards.

Market Leadership & Innovation

Drive industry thought leadership through participation in professional associations, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships with technology providers. Identify emerging technologies and service delivery innovations to maintain competitive positioning. Represent JLL technical services capabilities in enterprise client presentations and industry forums.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 15+ years progressive executive experience in technical services, equipment sales, or facilities operations with demonstrated P&L responsibility exceeding $25M. Proven track record leading large-scale technical services organizations in commercial real estate, facilities management, or related industries.

Executive Leadership Skills

Extensive experience managing multi-market operations with diverse technical teams and complex vendor relationships. Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities with history of driving significant revenue growth. Exceptional financial analysis and capital allocation skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Technical & Industry Expertise

Deep understanding of building systems technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Proficiency with enterprise management systems, financial planning tools, and strategic analytics platforms. Knowledge of complex procurement processes, enterprise vendor management, and large-scale installation project coordination.

Strategic Business Acumen

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies. Strong mergers and acquisitions experience including vendor partnerships and strategic alliances. Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities for enterprise-level agreements. Experience managing relationships with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Professional certifications in facilities management (CFM, FMP) or engineering disciplines. Experience with JLL systems, processes, and client relationships. International experience managing technical services operations. Knowledge of sustainability technologies and ESG initiatives.

Estimated compensation for this position:

300,000.00 - 300,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
