Full Job Description
Position Description:
The Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's liquidity forecasting and cash management activities to support effective working capital and treasury decision-making. This role develops and updates 13-week, monthly, and quarterly liquidity forecasts, analyzes actual results against forecasted expectations, and partners with FP&A, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate financial inputs and assumptions. The role monitors customer payment terms, daily cash and debt positions, and other factors affecting liquidity, providing analysis and insights to support cash management decisions. In addition, the Treasury Analyst supports daily cash forecasting, fund transfers, bank fee analysis and negotiations, ABL borrowing base reporting, and other treasury operations. The role serves as a key operational partner to the Treasury team and provides backup support for critical treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update our liquidity model forecast for 13-week, Monthly (12 Months) and Qtrly (12 Months) forecasts on a weekly basis working closely with FP&A, AR, Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams to update appropriately and timely.
  • Prepare an Actual vs Forecast for the liquidity model each week
  • Monitor customer terms for any changes and update liquidity model to reflect those changes
  • Prepare ad hoc liquidity analysis as needed such as changes to assumptions and affect on liquidity
  • Collaborate with Treasury Analyst to prepare detailed daily cash forecast extending 3 weeks. Incorporate changes in daily cash forecast to weekly liquidity forecast
  • Monitor Company's daily cash / debt positions and incorporate any changes in liquidity model
  • Review and analyze monthly bank account analysis fees, working with Sr. Director, Treasury and Treasury Manager to negotiate bank fees
  • Execute daily fund transfers when needed
  • Assist with preparation, filing and reporting monthly ABL Borrowing Base Certificates to bank
  • Serve as back-up to Treasury Analyst and Treasury Manager for operational functions
