Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in test engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in ICT/Flying Probe/Boundary scan technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and creatively solve complex engineering problems
• Proficient in technical writing and documenting processes
• Working knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and basic manufacturing processes
• Familiar with ISO environments and quality principles like DOE, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex test engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior test engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Define design guidelines and test equipment requirements for the team.
• Establish and promote best practices within the test engineering function.
• Ensure proper handling and management of hazardous waste in the workplace.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and projects.
