Senior Tax Consultant - Rochester MarketLocation: Rochester, MN; Lakeville, MN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (up to 50% remote) with regular presence in the Rochester market
The contributions you will make:Compeer Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to play a key role in serving and expanding our Tax & Accounting business in the Rochester market. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, develop business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to agricultural producers and agribusinesses.
A typical day:- Provide tax planning, tax preparation, and consulting services to individual, partnership, and corporate clients.
- Develop trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen Compeer's Tax & Accounting business.
- Collaborate with team members across Compeer to deliver exceptional client service and comprehensive financial solutions.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required or in progress.
- Advanced experience in tax planning and tax preparation, preferably with agricultural or business clients.
- Proven ability to work independently, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
