A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Sr.Talent Acquisition Specialist at MKS, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. In this role, you will develop and execute recruiting strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and support the full recruitment lifecycle. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:- Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs, document position requirements, and manage requisition activity.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies through recruiting channels, advertising, networking, and talent pipeline development.
- Screening and evaluating candidates to identify qualified talent and support the interview and selection process.
- Managing candidate communications, interview coordination, and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Supporting the development and negotiation of employment offers while promoting a positive candidate experience.
- Building relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand candidate networks.
Skills You Bring:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of related recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
- Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across a variety of positions and functions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience utilizing recruiting systems, candidate databases, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:- Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized professional recruiting.
- Experience partnering with external search firms and recruiting agencies.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Experience supporting college recruiting, internship, or early career programs.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:- Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time.
- Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information.
- The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually average.
Candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance of our Andover, MA; Broomfield, CO; or Rochester, NY locations are strongly preferred, as periodic onsite collaboration may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $88,425.00 - $147,375.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
