Qualifications

• 10+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or similar roles
• Expertise with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog
• Hands-on in incident management in production settings
• Well-versed in SRE principles, SLAs, SLOs, SLIs
• Proficient in automation and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Familiar with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Capacity planning and performance optimization experience is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and stability across commerce and payments platforms
• Design, implement, and manage monitoring and solutions for observability
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Define and manage service level agreements (SLAs), objectives (SLOs), and indicators (SLIs)
• Enhance automation for reliability and operational efficiency
• Perform tuning and capacity planning for scalable systems
