Sr. Specialist, Production Planning and Customer Fulfilment
THE ROLE
Our Company is seeking aSenior Specialist, Production Planning & Customer Fulfillmentto join our team. In this role, you will execute andoptimizeplanning processes to ensure reliable supply and on-time customer delivery. You will apply established procedures while proactivelyidentifyingand implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
This position requires the ability to independently gather and analyze data, make informed planning decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement,logistics, and customer-facing groups.You will also play a key role in training team members and ensuring adherence to planning standards and best practices.
WHAT YOU27LL DO
- Execute Entegris planning procedures to plan, firm, and release work orders
- Collaborate with Procurement and Manufacturing to resolve raw material and supply gaps
- Monitor departmental metrics and guide team activities to ensure performance targets are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams tomaintainand improve On-Time Shipment (OTS) metrics
- Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) related to BOM updates; communicate changes across stakeholders
- Work with long-term planners, buyers, warehouse leadership, and procurement tomaintainappropriate Kanbanand safety stock levels based on demand and supply analysis
- Manage work orders throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy andtimelyexecution
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Entegris planning policies, systems, and procedures
- Supportadditionalactivities and projects as needed
WHAT WE SEEK
- Bachelor27s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 6 years of experience in production planning or a closely related role
- Strong experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft), including PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management) modules
- Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, including inventory optimization, Kanban/JIT systems, and value stream mapping
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., data modeling, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, macros)
- Demonstrated ability toidentifyopportunities and drive process improvements through cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with work order routing and capacity planning analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Compensation: $86,000 - $94,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
