Full Job Description

Job Description

Do you enjoy understanding how business systems, data, and users work together?

We are looking for aSenior Specialist, Business SystemsExcellenceto help shape the future of our enterprise systems ecosystem.

This role will play a key part in our SAP S/4HANA transformation while helping strengthen the connected systems, data, reporting, and analytics capabilities that support business operations globally. You will work across SAP, Ariba, Aera, Databricks, and other connected platforms to ensure information flows effectively, systems remain aligned, and data can be trusted to drive decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex system landscapes, solving cross-functional challenges, and turning disconnected processes and data into scalable, measurable business capabilities.

What Makes This Role Different

  • Support one of the company's largest transformation programs while building expertise beyond SAP.

  • Work across enterprise systems, reporting, analytics, and data platforms rather than a single application.

  • Help shape future-state system capabilities, adoption, and standardization.

  • Join a high-performing, data-driven team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop into future opportunities such as Systems Owner, Enterprise Orchestration Lead, or Solution Architect.

What You'll Do

  • Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including Business Partner conversion, code block changes, and downstream system readiness.

  • Assess impacts to connected systems, reporting solutions, analytics platforms, and integrations.

  • Ensure data consistency, mapping accuracy, and reporting readiness across SAP, Ariba, Aera, Databricks, and other connected applications.

  • Validate, reconcile, and resolve data issues across enterprise platforms.

  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Tax, IT, and Data & Analytics teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

  • Document system interactions, data flows, ownership models, and dependencies.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve adoption, and increase the value delivered through technology investments.

Who You Are

You are naturally curious about how systems work.

You enjoy understanding where data originates, how it moves across platforms, and how technology enables business outcomes. You think beyond individual applications and focus on the broader ecosystem.

You are comfortable working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data organizations alike. You learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to complex challenges.

Most importantly, you believe great systems should be connected, measurable, well adopted, and continuously improving.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems, business applications, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working with SAP and a solid understanding of ERP-driven business processes and master data concepts.

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Business Partner concepts, procurement master data, or ERP transformation programs.

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Databricks, Aera, Power BI, SQL, Celonis, or similar technologies.

  • Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations, data mapping, and reporting concepts.

  • Ability to analyze data, investigate issues, and drive resolution across multiple teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand how changes in one platform impact the broader ecosystem.
