This is a high-visibility finance business partner role supporting senior leadership and commercial functions. The role will help shape investment decisions, determine which products receive funding, define how returns are measured, and improve profitability across regions. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leaders and have a clear path toward broader Finance leadership opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial PerformanceDrive financial decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Support regional sales leaders with revenue and margin forecasting, pricing analysis, and pipeline insights
Analyze market and customer segments to identify opportunities for profitable growth
Prepare monthly business reviews, providing insights into key revenue and margin drivers
Support the preparation of monthly Operations Reviews
Product & PortfolioPartner with Product Management to provide financial insights into product portfolio performance.
Support portfolio management through financial analysis and ROI assessments for strategic investments.
Analyze product profitability, product life cycles, roadmap economics, and product mix
Skills- Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning expertise.
- Experience with product profitability and portfolio analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial analytics skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning and reporting platforms
- Knowledge of pricing, margin, and commercial performance analysis.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
- Experience supporting senior business leaders in an international environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Annual salary
120,000 - 130,000, plus 10% annual corporate bonus target>>.
