What you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for processing, system changes, problem solving and testing of Payroll systems.
  • Conduct payroll audits and participate in payroll projects as our subject matter expert.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives and cross-functional project teams to optimize finance and business operations.
  • Mentoring junior analysts and providing training on complex payroll transactions.
  • Collaborating with IT, HRIS, and Tax resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Driving the implementation of tax updates and system upgrades.
  • Analyzing business performance and recommending actions for increased profitability.
  • Serving as an advisor to business leaders, sharing financial expertise and insights.
  • Managing and reporting on project progress and delivering key milestones.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and business strategy alignment.
  • Championing process excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experience in a large, matrixed business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and IT project collaboration is a plus.
