Role OverviewThe Senior Specialist, Business & Technology Analysis supports and executes
mission-critical Government Pricing, Medicaid, and regulatory pricing technology initiatives within our company's US Market Access organization. This role is deeply embedded in
Government Pricing (GP) operations and delivery, partnering with Finance, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and IT to ensure
accurate, compliant, and auditable pricing calculations and system behavior.
Operating at the
Senior Specialist (P3) level, this role requires
hands-on ownership of regulatory technology solutions across platforms including Contract Management Systems, Data Lakes, Government Pricing systems, and downstream reporting systems, with accountability spanning
requirements through production stabilization. The role routinely supports
external audits, restatements, regulatory changes, and high-visibility issue resolution. Understanding the commercial business some work with commercial solutions may be required.
Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Pricing & Regulatory Delivery- Implement and support system functionality related to Price Type calculations (AMP, ASP, NFAMP, BP), programs (Tricare, Medicaid, 340B, and IRA MFP), and processes including restatements and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate and validate pricing calculation logic, data inputs, and outputs, ensuring alignment between business rules, system configuration, and regulatory intent.
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Legal to support audit requests, PBCs, UBCs, tie-outs, and explanatory documentation for internal and external reviewers.
Technology Analysis & Solution Delivery- Translate complex Government Pricing business requirements into functional specifications, configuration designs, test scenarios, and implementation guidance for IT and vendor teams.
- Actively participate in SDLC activities, including impact assessments, design reviews, change management, SIT/UAT coordination, and release readiness for GP initiatives.
- Serve as an integration point across GP platforms (e.g., Contract Management Systems ↔ Data Lakes ↔ GP system ↔ downstream reporting), managing cross-system dependencies and data flows.
Operational Ownership & Production Support- Provide production support and issue leadership for Government Pricing systems, including job failures, data discrepancies, and calculation defects, coordinating resolution with infrastructure and vendor teams.
- Monitor and support batch jobs, data loads, and scheduled processes, ensuring successful execution and timely resolution of failures affecting GP calculations or reporting.
- Lead or contribute to root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures for recurring GP system issues.
Data, Reporting & Documentation- Review and validate reports, calculation workbooks, and analytical outputs used for pricing submissions, audits, and executive review.
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, DR artifacts, and requirements documentation to support compliance, audits, and operational continuity.
- Support disaster recovery (DR) planning and validation activities for GP systems, including architecture and dependency reviews.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination- Act as a primary IT point of contact for GP initiatives involving internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Audit, Legal) and external partners (e.g., vendors, service providers).
- Contribute to status reporting, readiness reviews, and leadership updates for Government Pricing technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT capabilities in a DevOps environment
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, business systems analysis, or technology roles supporting regulated financial or pricing systems.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Government Pricing, Medicaid, or pharmaceutical pricing systems (e.g., AMP, ASP, BP, NFAMP).
- Strong experience producing required system life cycle documentation
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills in cross-functional, regulated environments.
- Comfortable working in an AI-assisted environment and leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and problem-solving in complex, regulated systems.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to present complex IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience & Skills- Experience with Model N, Oracle, Revitas, GP Systems, or similar Government Pricing and Contract Management platforms.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance, SOX, audit, and SDLC controls.
- Experience working with batch processing, ETL, Oracle databases, AWS technologies, AI, Automation, and reporting tools.
- Prior involvement in regulatory change initiatives (e.g., IRA, CMS fee schedule updates, pricing restatements).
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-risk scenarios and drive resolution with minimal oversight.

- Serves as a go-to subject matter expert for GP technology within the organization.
- Brings New ideas and innovations to improve existing processes are presented.

The salary range for this role is
$117,000.00 - $184,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
