Sr. Sourcing Manager
Location: Bradenton, FL or Remote
Base Salary Rate:$142,520.00 to $167,670.00

Sr. Sourcing Manager
The Sr. Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading procurement and sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing organizational supply and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives: Lead the creation of comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance cost-efficiency, and optimize supplier performance
• Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and drive cost, quality, and service improvements across the globe
• Negotiation and contract management: Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, manage commercial contracts, and ensure agreements provide maximum value and risk mitigation
• Team leadership and development: Foster collaboration and professional growth while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across the sourcing team
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, product development, and legal to align sourcing strategies and support business objectives
• Market analysis and risk management: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and perform supplier assessments to anticipate price fluctuations, supply risks, and opportunities for optimization especially in a volatile electronic components industry
• Budget and performance oversight: Manage departmental budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports on savings, value creation, and overall procurement effectiveness

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with significant leadership experience; experience in global sourcing and multi-category management is highly desirable
• Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or other relevant supply chain management certifications
Preferred Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Knowledge of industry-specific sourcing (e.g., electronics, apparel, consumer goods)
• Understanding sustainability practices in procurement
• Experience working in fast-paced tech or manufacturing sectors
• Ability to travel for supplier visits and international negotiations
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze procurement spend data, evaluate supplier performance, and generate actionable insights
• Negotiation and communication: Strong negotiation capabilities, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing platforms, and procurement analytics tools
• Leadership and project management: Competence in managing multi-functional teams, complex projects, and delivering results within dynamic environments
Compensation and Benefits
Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
