This role will be based out of our office in Westerville, OH (Columbus area). This is warehouse design focused.
The Sr. Solution Design Analyst role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.

?Job DescriptionIn this role you will support the pursuit of new business by leveraging technology to design supply chain solutions for new operations, as well as re-engineering projects for existing operations.
- Supporting the new business development process through active participation in solution development projects
- Developing engineering designed with appropriate use of labor, technologies, systems and equipment
- Providing analytical and warehouse management systems design support on implementation projects
- Reengineering - ability to identify process improvement opportunities within existing operations, incorporates new technology (robotics) within the processes where applicable
- Supports and provides input to the strategy team in reviewing and defining solutions design strategies, by managing complex data sets and conducting statistical analysis
- Drives/supports development of new/innovative services and solutions to meet our customer's needs
Required Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required
- 3+ years experience working in Supply Chain, required
- Solutions Design experience, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Ability to analyze and summarize large data sets
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Team player with strong interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving and innovative thinking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to compare different solution options and conduct ROI analysis
- Quick learner to adopt new skills such as software, tools, models and processes
