Full Job Description
As Sr. Solutions Architect III, you'll be responsible for strategic technical leadership and top-tier problem resolution for complex enterprise systems. The Sr. Solutions Architect III shall serve as the ultimate escalation point for intricate technical challenges and architectural design. Core responsibilities include guiding system integration, analyzing emerging technologies for military networks, and delivering actionable technical roadmaps to leadership.

What you'll do:
  • Champion emerging technologies (e.g., containers, serverless, AI/ML), technical studies, and pilots.
  • Serve as the "Chief Unblocker" for the development teams to ensure they can deliver functional and non-functional requirements for the product.
  • Provide insight into technical challenges and architectural design.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and enablement to engineering, cybersecurity, and development teams.
  • Work with development teams and the customer to define architecture solutions that balance business capability, performance, resilience, cost, and compliance.
  • Guiding system integration, analyzing emerging technologies for military networks, and delivering actionable technical roadmaps to leadership

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience as a solutions architect or technical lead.
  • Experience supporting an advanced enterprise network with over 4000 users.
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience managing and leading multiple cross-functional development teams.

SALARY RANGE: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
