Full Job Description
Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack

We're building tools that solve real problems for complex, heavily regulated industries - including healthcare - and we need a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack chops to help drive that work forward. You'll partner closely with operators and product managers - not just writing code to spec, but digging into the actual business problem, talking to the people affected by it, and helping shape the right solution.

What you'll do
  • Tackle real-world complexity by building systems that make people's jobs easier - and understand the "why" behind the work: who it serves, what it affects, how it ties back to outcomes.
  • Make sound technical and product calls independently. Own your work end-to-end, from first understanding the problem through shipping and measuring results.
  • Keep pace with new tools and technologies, and apply them where they genuinely help.
  • Bring AI into your own workflow and into the products you build - and help others do the same.
  • Help shape team practices that balance fast iteration with quality - testing, documentation, the works.
  • Team up with Product and operations to shape new features from the ground up. Talk directly to users and stakeholders instead of waiting for requirements to land in your inbox.

What you bring
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, solid in at least one major language, and comfortable across databases and frontend web tech.
  • Real experience building with AI agents as part of your workflow - and genuine enthusiasm for where AI is headed in tech.
  • A mature, rigorous approach to building and maintaining systems, with an eye toward scale.
  • Ease moving across different technical layers and system concerns.
  • A track record of building and refactoring complex systems, distributed ones included.
  • A focus on outcomes over output - you want to understand why something matters and connect it to real business and user impact.
  • Bonus: experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, or similar) where compliance and data sensitivity are part of the day-to-day.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including the below benefits for full-time employees:
  • Strong medical, dental, and vision plans with 60% of premiums for employees and their dependents covered by 10Pearls
  • Employer-funded health reimbursement account (HRA) for the high deductible health plan option
  • Generous 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match and immediate vesting after 90 days of employment
  • Paid time off for vacation, sick/wellness, and personal leave; separate paid parental leave program
  • Employer-paid short term, long term, life, and AD&D insurance
  • Additional voluntary insurance programs, including life & AD&D, critical illness, cancer, and hospital indemnity for employees and dependents
  • Full access to Tysons Corner Headquarters office with amenities: a state-of-the-art gym, fully stocked kitchen with snacks and cold brew coffee on tap, and free parking on-site
