REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH - NO REMOTE WORK, MUST WORK ON SITEDAn Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer / Technical Lead to support a newly awarded Defense Intelligence Agency program in Charlottesville, VA. This position supports a mission-critical intelligence application in a classified environment and requires an active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph.Responsibilities include:- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications
- Develop Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs
- Develop and enhance Angular/TypeScript front-end applications
- Support PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch data environments
- Support AWS-based classified cloud environments
- Work with Docker, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps processes
- Support application integration, data ingest, troubleshooting, and production sustainment
- Conduct code reviews and provide senior technical guidance
- Collaborate with software, systems, cybersecurity, and government mission teams
- Support secure software development and RMF-related activities as needed
Required Qualifications:- Active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph
- Senior-level full-stack software development experience
- Strong Java development experience
- Experience with Angular and/or TypeScript
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience supporting applications in AWS or similar cloud environments
- Experience with modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
- Ability to work onsite in Charlottesville, VA
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous DIA or Intelligence Community experience
- Experience with Dropwizard
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience with Docker and GitLab
- Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification
- Experience supporting applications on classified networks
- Technical lead, architecture, or mentoring experience

The position may be filled at different Labor Category (LCAT) levels depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements.
