The Scrum Master III is responsible for facilitating team level agile processes and release train
execution around requirements definition, scope, and delivery. The Scrum Master III must resolve team level impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle. The Scrum Master III has an expert level understanding of agile scrum and kanban principles and practices, and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning the scrum team with the guiding business strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Works with product management, product owners, and
business owners to help assure execution alignment for
scrum teams.
2. Facilitates agile scrum team execution and feature
completion tracking for 2-3 scrum teams.
3. Arrange and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint
planning, story grooming, and demo/retro. Ensure quick
inspection and proper use of agile process.
4. Helps manage risk and dependencies. 10%
5. Create, modify, publish and leverage standardized Agile
Metrics to facilitate continuous improvement on the
Scrum Team.
6. Work with multiple in-house and external Scrum teams
enterprise-wide to remove impediments and manage
dependencies.
7. Provide coaching on agile practices and methods for
assigned as well as other scrum teams.
8. Other duties as assigned.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
