Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of advanced experience with SAP systems.
• Experience in a Distribution Center or Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in technology with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be flexible with working hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to adhere to established instructions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems support to the distribution center by troubleshooting issues.
• Train team members on effective system functionalities.
• Lead prioritization of testing aligned with IT updates and changes.
• Develop and update comprehensive training materials for new system features.
• Utilize data analysis tools in collaboration with the SAP team.
• Monitor JIRA for critical and at-risk testing tasks.
• Facilitate resource assignment and workload balancing across the team.
