Sr. Sales Executive - Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) Focus

Position Summary:

The Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding annual order intake quotas within an assigned territory or region, with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Services (RCS). This role plays a critical part in driving growth, supporting Inside Sales, and managing high-volume transactional sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales ACV quotas.
  • Proactively develop and close RCS opportunities within the Inside Client Sales base.
  • Support Inside Sales reps with deal documentation, presentations, proposals, contracts, and closing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and update Salesforce (SFDC) for all active deals.
  • Communicate deal risks and opportunities to management.
  • Manage a high volume of opportunities (10+ per week) with strong organizational skills.
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, engaging executives and SMEs to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Craft and present service and software solutions that address client challenges.
  • Stay current on revenue cycle trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Veradigm.
  • Lead team calls to strategize on RCM deals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure high-quality customer support and manage escalations to minimize attrition.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales executive in the healthcare or RCM industry.
  • MGMA Certified Revenue Cycle Expert (or higher).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-velocity sales opportunities.
