Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Manage a territory covering the entire state of Ohio, focusing on automotive Tier 1 component suppliers.
  • Drive communication and collaboration with the extended sales team, business development managers, and technical customer service teams on both regional and international levels.
  • Consistently deliver the development and execution of new business opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of highly qualified prospects in relevant verticals.
  • Analyze current market trends and develop strategies for future growth, ensuring the company increases its market share according to business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate pricing strategies that align with target profitability and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical training sessions for existing and potential customers to showcase product capabilities, as well as emerging technologies and value-added services.
  • Focused on driving growth, generating revenue, and delivering measurable results.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a Chemical-related field.
  • 3-5 years of industrial sales experience, with automotive industry experience being a significant plus.
  • In-depth understanding of technical sales methodologies and a solid mechanical aptitude, enabling effective communication of technical concepts and product benefits.
  • Proven ability to proactively prospect new business opportunities through networking and building relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding customer bases and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Strong sales execution skills, with the ability to move opportunities through the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Skilled in developing tailored solutions for clients and overcoming objections to secure deals.
  • Adept at preparing and delivering clear, compelling presentations to customer groups, effectively communicating product capabilities and value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring the effective handling of multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • A strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Able and willing to travel in assigned sales territory on a weekly basis. Candidate should be prepared to travel 50% of their time to include the entire state of Ohio and into Western Pennsylvania.
  • This position does provide an opportunity for an annual incentive bonus.

Thesalary range for this role is $90000.00 and $125000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location. Thisposting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local paytransparency laws.
