Full Job Description
  • Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts; serve as the primary contact responsible for day-to-day client engagement, retention, and renewal
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; maintain regular touchpoints and active engagement across the contract lifecycle
  • Develop and execute account plans with a focus on retention, optimization, and incremental growth; participate in QBRs and account review cycles
  • Manage a rolling renewal pipeline with 90-day forecast visibility; surface at-risk accounts early and coordinate with support and consulting as needed
  • Identify and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the account base; partner with overlay resources to advance complex opportunities
  • Pursue net-new business opportunities within the assigned territory; retention and expansion are the primary focus, but this role is expected to develop new logo pipeline and close net-new deals where opportunities arise
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast data in CRM; deliver timely and transparent reporting to sales management
  • Travel to client sites to support relationship development, account reviews, and renewal conversations
  • Develop working knowledge of Veradigm's product and service portfolio and the healthcare market context relevant to assigned accounts

Compensation Range:
$81,000-$107,650

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
