Job DescriptionAs a Sr Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a driving force in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products. Working in a skilled team of reliability engineers, you will instill a culture of excellence and continous improvement.
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of robust reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes, with a keen focus on driving initiatives to elevate our reliability practices. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle. Your technical leadership extends to analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting advanced reliability testing to validate and optimize product performance.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Be a key part of a team of reliability engineers to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products
- Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze product failure data and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability
- Conduct advanced reliability testing to validate and optimize product performance
- Support Mechanical Integrity Program requirements
- Utilize SAP PM and other tools to support plant manufacturing goals and initiatives
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 10 - 15 years of chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial experience
- Inquisitive mindset which is ideal for troubleshooting and problem solving
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
WE VALUE- Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering) etc.
- Formal training or experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SAP PM or other ERP software, GE APM/Meridium tool use, and other Microsoft Office software skills
- Ability to be an independent thinker who delivers strong and responsive result
- Ability to mentor and coach Maintenance and Operations team members
