Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer for a position in Columbus, OH.
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, endurance, and volume testing activities.
- Create and maintain reusable performance test assets and frameworks utilizing NeoLoad and enterprise-standard tooling.
- Analyze performance results and identify application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud performance bottlenecks.
- Define performance baselines, success criteria, and release readiness recommendations.
- Support performance testing across SAP, Salesforce, web, API, and cloud-based platforms.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca and associated automation technologies.
- Expand automation coverage across business-critical workflows and regression testing activities.
- Develop test automation solutions supporting web, API, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
- Support automation framework enhancements, reporting, and execution optimization.
- Contribute to CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
- Support multiple enterprise initiatives through hands-on automation and performance testing activities.
- Partner with project teams to identify automation opportunities, performance testing needs, and delivery risks.
- Develop reusable testing assets, scripts, and frameworks that improve efficiency across programs.
- Troubleshoot test execution, application performance, automation, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to support successful test execution, defect resolution, and release readiness activities. •
- Provide technical guidance related to Tosca, NeoLoad, automation best practices, and performance testing approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on test automation development experience using Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
- 3+ years of hands-on performance testing and analysis experience using NeoLoad or comparable performance testing tools.
- Experience testing SAP, Salesforce, web, API, integration, and/or cloud-based applications.
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and distributed enterprise applications.
- Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated and performance testing assets in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and communicate performance bottlenecks and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Salesforce Lightning, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience using Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools.
- Experience implementing performance testing within Agile and CI/CD delivery models.
- Experience supporting multiple projects within a shared-services delivery model.
- Utility industry experience.
