What You'll Do:- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, including coaching, goal setting, performance management, and hiring
- Own a portfolio of enterprise projects delivering measurable operational, financial, and customer outcomes
- Partner with leaders to define priorities, establish charters, and sequence work across the organization
- Provide clear visibility into project pipelines, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Step in as a leader on complex or at-risk projects when needed
- Drive consistency in project and portfolio management practices, tools, and reporting
- Champion a continuous improvement, value-driven, and Agile mindset across teams

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field (required)
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, or operations leadership
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience (required)
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with significant business impact
- Advanced experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience managing project portfolios
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development and benefit realization tracking
Preferred:- Master's degree (MBA or related discipline)
- Experience operating in multi-site, enterprise, or highly matrixed environments
- Background leading large-scale transformation initiatives or strategic programs
- Advanced knowledge of Lean, Agile, and portfolio management frameworks
- Experience with executive-level reporting and governance structures
- Track record of building or scaling project management or continuous improvement functions
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, or P&L-impacting initiatives
