Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Water Resources Project Delivery with a focus on mid-to-large scale projects.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE License in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Familiarity with FDOT and/or USACE regulations preferred.
• Experience working with Water Management districts on coastal water management goals.
• Proficient in stormwater infrastructure design, including hydrology and hydraulics.
• Strong knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic modeling software, including 2D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and support staff for project delivery in water resources.
• Prioritize and oversee multiple projects of varying complexities.
• Facilitate effective communication and transparency with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project pursuits and write comprehensive proposals.
• Network to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent Halff at professional events to promote brand and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensuring projects meet coastal management goals and regulatory compliance standards.
