You'll also be responsible for maintaining project performance, forecasting resource needs, and driving continuous improvement across project delivery efforts.

You'll also play a key role in growing and strengthening client relationships. You will regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, identify new opportunities, support proposals, and help expand our presence within strategic accounts. Success in this position comes from balancing strong project leadership with business development, team management, and the ability to build lasting partnerships both internally and externally.
