Work Experience

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,000 to $158,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

Job Summary

A dynamic, strategic and resourceful digital/AI first thinker. A leader and facilitator responsible for all activities related to managing the delivery of multi-faced Internal Strategy, Emerging Technology (AI), Application and Platform development initiatives. An effective communicator, you will be responsible for managing, enabling and empowering a cross functional team with the goal to deliver outstanding, work for the cross-organization stakeholders, while striving for a positive team environment and engaged staff.

Senior Project Managers will build relationships with various organizations across WWT including but not limited to Solutions, Consulting & Engineering, Global Solutions & Architecture, Sales, Internal IT, Marketing, Business Development & Client Enablement and work alongside representatives from across the organization to support the Solutions organization in the development of new strategies that help our organization identify and then ultimately realize AI-first transformation through the entire portfolio of services that WWT has to offer.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will be accountable for the entire project lifecycle on assigned projects, working alongside impacted teams and stakeholders managing multidisciplinary teams from across SC&E.
  • The role is internal but has an expectation of having client facing experience and based on internal/client demand this role could pivot to being client facing role within 6-12 months
  • This role is accountable for managing all communication channels (meetings, workshops, email & documentation) and forums within the project.
  • Assigned to large and complex projects, you'll be expected to raise risks early and find solutions to fit the stakeholders' needs whilst sticking with project expectations.
  • Manage the technical, business and personnel aspects of engagements.
  • Manage the approved investment and corresponding resource management activities for the assigned engagements.
  • Oversee multiple consulting or delivery teams at once, provide leadership, guidance and standardized process, reporting and client communication.
  • Serve as the day-to-day Project Manager for one or more of our larger, more strategic projects.
  • Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure key project management deliverables are produced such as project charters, project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, change management plans, etc.
  • Serve as a key member of the solution delivery team by facilitating requirements/design sessions and producing deliverables.
  • Monitor project team engagement and performance and provide feedback; ensure involvement of the appropriate teams and individuals during each project phase.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Key participant in the business development process; leading business development efforts from a delivery perspective.
  • Assist in developing overall estimates of the effort / resource requirements / schedule.
  • Lead the risk assessment efforts during the proposal process and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies
