Additional Information About the RoleBJH is hiring for a Sr. Project Manager. This role will be supporting the Siteman Cancer Center. Ideal candidate will have Project Management experience and quality improvement. This is a hybrid position.
OverviewRole PurposeManages multiple or large projects including subprojects and project teams in order to achieve engagement goals and reach successful business outcomes. Project assignments, team size and duration will vary and can be large in scope, complexity and strategic alignment.Performs and manages tasks and team members related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution, analysis and tracking- Change management- Team facilitation- Risk/issue identification and mitigation- Stakeholder tollgates/reports- Conducts training in project management consistent with PMI and PMBOK
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for expert level application and knowledge transfer of project management.Performs and manages tasks and team members related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution, analysis and tracking- Change management- Team facilitation- Risk/issue identification and mitigation- Stakeholder tollgates/reports- Conducts training in project management consistent with PMI and PMBOKProvides leadership to project teams in the interpretation, development and implementation of an assigned project.
