Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or 8 years equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 15 years in Project Controls focusing on scheduling, cost estimation, or planning, specifically in Oil & Gas and Engineering sectors.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, cost control, and risk management principles.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics via spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with project and construction management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct schedule analytics to assess schedule quality and monitor contractor compliance.
• Collaborate with project management on risk identification, documentation, and mitigation planning.
• Work with cost analysts to prepare and maintain cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Assist in optimizing and reporting on the corporate project portfolio, focusing on risk assessments within budget plans.
• Manage data for project reporting, including regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce project controls standards across various metrics.
• Conduct independent assessments to ensure compliance with project standards and contractual requirements.
