Responsibilities of the Engagement Manager / Project Manager- Lead and manage client and project team interactions, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally
- Define and assign project roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and efficiency
- Build and manage fully integrated project teams aligned with project goals
- Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements

Qualifications of the Engagement Manager / Project Manager:• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
• 5-10 years of experience, ideally within healthcare architecture or related industry
• Proven experience in project management and client-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Compensation for the Engagement Manager / Project Manager• Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000+ depending on experience
