Full Job Description
In this role, you will own the upstream funnel for Quick Commerce (QC) new launch sites - the strategic and tactical work that moves a site from initial identification through site selection and handoff to downstream delivery teams. The Sr. Program Manager will own a regional pipeline of prospective sites and drive comprehensive reporting on expansion initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to source, evaluate, qualify, and advance sites through the selection funnel. You'll manage critical early-stage milestones, assess and mitigate risks before they reach execution, and standardize the documentation and decision processes that govern how sites enter and move through the pipeline - all while managing high-impact special projects, from operational deep-dives to executive-level analytics. Your influence will extend across our entire quick commerce ecosystem, shaping how we identify, prioritize, and select the sites that scale and optimize our operations.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with quick commerce operational knowledge, demonstrating experience in fast-paced project environments and a track record of leveraging data to drive site selection and pipeline decisions. Building durable relationships across partner teams and proactively managing risk are just as critical as the analytical work - superior communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.

Join our team and help revolutionize the quick commerce industry through data-driven decision making and strategic operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

An effective QC Expansions Program Manager is committed to driving organizational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: (1) Site Identification & Pipeline Management, (2) Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Building, (3) Risk Mitigation, (4) Process Optimization, and (5) Strategic Growth. By concentrating on these areas, the Program Manager will contribute to the ongoing success of our quick commerce expansion through:
• Developing and managing the site pipeline from identification through site selection and handoff, coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams across Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance to source, evaluate, and qualify candidate sites.
• Building and sustaining strong cross-functional relationships that keep the funnel moving - proactively identifying and resolving complex challenges that pose risks to site selection and handoff, leveraging data-driven analysis and SME collaboration.
• Driving standardization of site selection criteria, evaluation frameworks, and handoff documentation across the network while conducting regular benchmarking to identify and implement improvements.
• Managing a diverse pipeline of prospective sites simultaneously, effectively communicating pipeline health, selection decisions, and risks to senior leadership through clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy, ensuring each site is thoroughly de-risked and cleanly handed off to downstream execution teams.
• Bonus if you bring a construction or cost lens to the front of the funnel - experience in cost estimation, construction, or pre-construction helps you pressure-test a site's feasibility and identify cost early, so you can flag scope and cost risks before a site advances rather than discovering them downstream.

A day in the life

A day in the life As a QC Expansions Program Manager, your day revolves around orchestrating a pipeline of prospective sites from identification through selection and handoff. You begin by reviewing pipeline dashboards and addressing any critical issues. Throughout the day, you'll lead virtual meetings with various stakeholders, including Real Estate for site sourcing and selection updates, Design Engineering for early feasibility on layouts, and internal partners on selection criteria and handoff readiness. You'll analyze site data to identify potential risks early, make key decisions to unblock the funnel, and drive resolution of selection risks before they reach execution. Time is spent preparing executive summaries, ensuring pipeline documentation is current, and developing standardized processes to improve future site selection. Your role is to keep all moving parts aligned and the funnel flowing efficiently - building the relationships and managing the risks that make clean handoffs possible.
