Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the National Transit Institute. The Senior Program Coordinator reports to the Operations and Training Delivery Manager at the National Transit Institute (NTI). NTI develops and delivers training programs for transit professionals throughout the United States.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Manages assigned projects and training activities to meet NTI's annual work program deliverables.
  • Coordinates course scheduling and delivery, project timelines, data tracking and analysis, reporting, and other project-related activities.
  • Coordinates staff and other resources assigned to projects and works with government agencies, University personnel, transit agencies, instructors, consultants, and vendors to support successful project and training delivery.
  • Represents NTI at industry meetings, committees, and conferences.
