Full Job Description
As part of Leo's RL Products team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment and returns capabilities. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that optimize inventory management, global network architecture, system integration, and operational planning. Your recommendations balance software and operational complexity with customer experiences. Your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the overall fulfillment and returns experience experience for Leo's global customers.

You deliver end to end software systems which deliver new and novel customers experiences, including how customers request, track, and manage returns and replacements and launch new support and commercial models to ensure customer piece of mind in our products and services. You focus on the B2B Customer segment and all returns and replacements experiences.

To ensure product+customer fit, PMT owns monthly cadence with large B2B customers and validates product with market teams, defines B2B customer persona framework for Leo's returns/replacements, and establishes metrics based prioritization framework which ensures the most impactful features are prioritized across (e.g., enterprise, government, SMB). Large product investments are defended by clear customer-impacting working backward metrics which define success and guide course correction.

Key job responsibilities

Collaborate with global supply chain partners to develop launch strategies and optimize network designs that align with Leo's unique business goals and regional demands and refurbishment operations in each launch country. Build the software features which integrate with our operations - enabling customer visibility into their returns and replacements.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize global returns operations, inventory placement, and refurbishment strategies, ensuring seamless operations and cross-functional alignment across and within business models.

Define and deliver technical system requirements across a portfolio of software systems, leveraging existing systems and launching novel software to automate business workflows and reporting throughout the supply chain.

Partner with regional business development, operations, finance, and legal teams to create tailored refurbishment, fulfillment, warehousing, and recycling strategies, optimizing Leo cost to serve across our customer base.

Responsible for PRFAQ, Product Requirements, and Product Signoff; works closely with software engineers to deliver new products and features.

A day in the life

No day is the same. The PMT is responsible for delivering PRFAQs and driving complex cross-functional alignment across business and compliance stakeholders. Translating PRFAQs into product requirements, which demonstrate the customer outcome and incorporate compliance needs. You groom requirements with engineering and collaborate to optimize for impact and complexity - driving high ROI feature delivery. You are responsible for product signoff and ensuring launched products meet your expectations - as the customer representative.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
