OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives in our Stores domain, with a specific focus on RFID technology and Striper Efficiency. This role will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of RFID-enabled solutions that enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience across our retail stores.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the RFID product strategy aligned with overall Stores objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage RFID for inventory management, loss prevention, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Roadmap & Execution
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for RFID initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and store teams to deliver scalable RFID solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Merchandising, IT, Finance, Customer Experience, Store Operations) to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Customer & Business Impact
- Analyze data and insights to measure RFID impact on inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and customer experience.
- Continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Innovation & Industry Trends
- Stay ahead of RFID technology trends and retail best practices.
- Evaluate vendors and solutions to ensure best-in-class capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 6+ years in Product Management, preferably in retail or supply chain technology.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology products in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Technical & Business Skills:
- Strong understanding of RFID technology and its applications in retail.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail and fulfillment processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
